Our Take on Fall Spotlight 2026

HubSpot announced a lot. But Sam came out of Partner Day with three words for our team: :

Context. Context. Context.

This morning's keynote reinforced the point. HubSpot's AI strategy is increasingly about combining business context with AI and agents to produce better outcomes.

Our takeaway? Don't implement AI because it's new. Start with the outcome you're trying to improve, then determine which tools, agents or processes can actually help you get there.

A Combined Experience Approach

Primo Coding has worked in HubSpot since 2013 and across 583 HubSpot portals.

We look at these announcements from both the customer and technical sides: what the feature does, what outcome it could improve, whether the underlying data and context are ready, what implementation may require and whether it's worth prioritizing.

The Themes We’re Watching Most Closely

We've grouped the dozens of releases into four focal areas that present structural shifts rather than simple cosmetic improvements.

AISolutions

Context Becomes the Foundation

AI becomes more useful when it understands the business it's working for. We're watching how HubSpot brings customer data, business context and AI together across the platform, including Context Home.

AI Moves Closer to Doing the Work

Breeze Assistant and Agent Builder point toward AI that can participate in workflows and processes instead of simply generating an answer. The opportunity is not AI for AI's sake. It's identifying work that AI can responsibly take off a team's plate.

Marketing Becomes More Connected

Marketing Studio, Campaign Agent and Nurture Agent bring campaign planning, execution, personalization and nurturing closer together, with business and customer context helping inform the work.

The Technical Foundation Matters More

As HubSpot expands AI and agent capabilities, CRM architecture, integrations, automation, data quality and governance become even more important. Better agents start with better context.

Which Fall Spotlight Features Should You Implement First?

There is no universal priority list. The right starting point depends on the problems inside your current portal and business processes.

Start with the outcome, not the feature. Then identify the friction standing in the way and determine whether AI, automation, an agent or a better process is the right solution.

Question

What outcome are you trying to improve?

Question

Where is your team still doing repetitive work outside HubSpot because the process is disconnected from CRM data?

Question

Where is AI producing generic output because it lacks reliable business context?

Question

Where do handoffs between marketing, sales, service or operations break down?

Question

Where are disconnected tools or inconsistent data making reporting and decision-making harder?

Question

Which process has enough volume or friction that improving it would create a meaningful operational benefit?
