Dawn Mathis, CEO and Co-Founder of Primo Coding, has 25 years of IT experience and 7 years of HubSpot experience. She has worked directly with hundreds of HubSpot clients and agencies. Dawn's experiences from freelancing, have thoroughly prepared her to be a CEO. Dawn is looking forward to many more years of helping her clients use HubSpot to grow and be the best!
Jeff Mathis
COO | Co-Founder
Jeff Mathis, COO and Co-Founder of Primo Coding, has 20 years of business ownership, management and consulting experience. He is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. He has been an integral part in the growth and success of Primo Coding since its inception in 2014.
Sam Marks
Director of Growth and Customer Success
Sam has been in sales and marketing for 8 years now. He has experience in both B2B and B2C industries. He started at Primo Coding at the beginning of 2020, coinciding with Primo Coding becoming a HubSpot solutions partner. He is excited to help with Primo Coding's and our clients' continued growth.
Haley Mathis
Strategic Ops & Systems Architect
As the Director of Automation & RevOps at Primo Coding, Haley designs HubSpot architectures and automations.
With a background in sales, logistics, and development, Haley blends creativity and precision to help businesses scale sustainably.
She has crossed the Moloka‘i Channel in an outrigger canoe, and that same endurance and intuition shape her approach to systems and strategy.
When she's not mapping workflows, she's tending her garden or crocheting, because harmony between systems and nature is where true growth happens.

With a background in development and systems strategy, Luke stays on the cutting edge of AI and emerging technology to help clients build smarter, more efficient solutions in the ever-evolving HubSpot space.
When he’s not building workflows and agents, he’s exploring new technology and refining innovative ideas.
